The mechanisms of toxic activity of these piles are exposed, as well as the complications that they engender and the principles of their treatment.<br>The ablation should be carried out as quickly as possible. The excision is usually possible by natural pathways. However, attention should be paid to preventing post-operational stenosis by using gauze and administering careful local treatment.
